These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LocalHalo, a brand and product of TechShuttle Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LocalHalo helps local businesses collect authentic Google reviews using a QR code and review suggestions that help customers phrase their own reviews. The suggestions only rephrase what a customer actually inputs; they do not fabricate reviews, and customers write and post their own reviews on Google. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with Google’s policies and applicable law.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and any branch-manager accounts you create.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to generate fake, incentivised, or misleading reviews.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions, billing & invoices

• Paid plans are billed per shop on the term you select (quarterly, 6-month, or annual), exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST).
• All invoices are issued by TechShuttle Private Limited, the operator of LocalHalo. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay).
• Subscriptions continue for the paid term. You may cancel to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Payments are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before subscribing.

5. Intellectual property

The LocalHalo name, brand, software, and content are owned by TechShuttle Private Limited. You retain ownership of your own business content that you provide.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews or business outcome. Google review visibility and moderation are controlled by Google, not by us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechShuttle Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
